The band was born in December 2007, when the keybords player, Alex, started composing Gothic Metal songs and looking for band members. He then met Fabio, Andrea and Riccardo, respectively drummer, guitarist and bass player. The band only lacked a singer, till Chiara joined them and came up with the band´s name "Lust for Oblivion". In April 2008 Fabio left the band and Lust for Oblivion met the young drummer Paolo. In winter 2009 they recorded their first four-tracked demo "Black Moon"... In december 2010 they started recording their first album.
